Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Samantha has undertaken a number of courses and is trained to deliver ACT. ACT is a therapy which supports the client to re-discover their core values and goals, and make active steps towards living more intentionally. ACT can support behaviour change and motivation, alongside increasing mindfulness skills. Samantha is trained to deliver this therapy to help clients who may feel 'stuck.' Samantha strives to deliver ethical and meaningful therapy to her clients.
